1. Introduction

Pembroke Pines Movers (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides moving and storage services to clients (“you” or “your”) in accordance with the terms outlined in this document. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our website, services, and products. By booking any of our services, you confirm your agreement to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Services Provided

We offer a range of moving and storage services, including but not limited to:

  • Local Movers
  • Long-Distance Movers
  • Commercial Movers
  • Residential Moving
  • Moving and Storage

All services provided are subject to the availability, location, and specific details agreed upon at the time of booking.

3. Booking and Payment

  • Booking: To book any of our services, you must provide accurate information regarding your move, including the date, time, origin, destination, and any special instructions or requirements.
  • Payment: All services must be paid for before the service is performed, unless otherwise agreed upon. Payment can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or other methods accepted by Pembroke Pines Movers.
  • Deposits: For certain services, a deposit may be required to confirm your booking. The deposit amount will be specified in the booking agreement.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellation by Customer: If you wish to cancel or reschedule your booking, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. If canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled move, you may be subject to a cancellation fee.
  • Refund Policy: Refunds will be issued in the event of a cancellation by Pembroke Pines Movers or if we are unable to provide the agreed-upon service. Refunds are processed according to our payment policies and may take up to 10 business days to be completed.

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • Accuracy of Information: You are responsible for providing accurate details about your move, including any special items that may require additional handling, packing, or transportation.
  • Access to Property: You are responsible for ensuring that we have access to the property for loading and unloading items on the scheduled day. This includes providing clear directions, ensuring that the moving truck can park close to the property, and obtaining any required permissions or permits for street parking.
  • Packing and Unpacking: Unless otherwise specified, Pembroke Pines Movers does not provide packing or unpacking services. We recommend that fragile items be packed securely before the move. If packing services are requested, additional fees may apply.

6. Delivery and Handling of Goods

  • Damages and Loss: While Pembroke Pines Movers takes every precaution to ensure the safety of your belongings during the move, we are not liable for damages or loss of items that occur due to improper packing, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. However, we provide limited liability insurance to cover damages caused by our negligence. For full protection, we recommend purchasing additional insurance.
  • Delays: We strive to meet scheduled delivery times, but delays may occur due to weather, traffic, or other factors beyond our control. We will notify you as soon as possible if any delays arise.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pembroke Pines Movers shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services. Our liability for damages to property is limited to the lesser of the actual value of the damaged property or a predetermined amount specified in the agreement.

8. Insurance and Liability

  • Basic Coverage: Our basic coverage provides a limited liability for any damages to your property during the move. This coverage does not include damages caused by natural disasters, force majeure, or other external factors.
  • Additional Insurance: You may choose to purchase additional insurance to cover higher-value items. Please ask our team for information about premium insurance options.

9. Force Majeure

Pembroke Pines Movers is not liable for any delay or failure in performing services due to causes beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, or other unforeseen events. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the services.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Pembroke Pines Movers, its affiliates, employees, agents, and contractors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of our services or breach of these Terms and Conditions.

12. Amendments

Pembroke Pines Movers reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the updated Terms will be effective as of the date of posting.
